Privacy policy.

In short

We collect what you send us in the form, plus the advertising click that brought you here. We use it to answer you and to see which advertising works. We do not sell your information. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

Who we are

This website is operated by Jimenez Builders Inc, a licensed design-build contractor in Homestead, Florida, serving Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Jimenez Builders Inc.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we receive the details you type: your name, phone number, email address, the city or ZIP of your property, the type of project, what you need, your timeline and any notes you add.

If you reach this site from a Google ad, the link carries a click identifier — a gclid, gbraid or wbraid value. Our forms copy that identifier into a hidden field, along with the page you submitted from, the campaign name and the search term or keyword from the link. Those values arrive with your inquiry. They tell us which ad produced the lead. They do not tell us anything about you that you did not type.

When you call or email us, we keep that correspondence so we can answer you and keep a record of the work discussed.

Our website host records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

Why we use it

We use your information to reply to your request, prepare a quote, schedule a site visit, and carry out work you hire us to do. We may contact you by phone, text message or email about the request you submitted. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

We use the advertising details that arrive with your inquiry to judge which advertising is worth paying for. Nothing else.

Advertising and analytics

We advertise on Google, and we measure whether the advertising works.

When we are running advertising, Google's advertising tag runs on the pages of this site. It may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. It records that a page was viewed and that an inquiry was submitted or a phone number was tapped, and it reports those events to our Google Ads account as conversions.

The click identifier, page, campaign and keyword described above travel with your inquiry so we can tie a lead back to the ad and the search that produced it.

We do not put your name, email address, phone number or project notes into an advertising tag in readable form. Google's own rules prohibit that. Google never receives the description of your project. We may turn on Google's enhanced conversions for leads, which converts your email address or phone number into an unreadable code — a SHA-256 hash — in your browser before it goes to Google. Google can match that code against accounts it already holds, which is the point of it; it cannot read your address out of the code. If we turn it on, that hash is the only contact detail Google receives from us.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may show our ads to you on other websites and apps. They may use cookies and device identifiers, including ones based on your past visits to this site, to decide which ads to show you, and they may combine their own identifiers with ours for that purpose.

You can turn off personalized advertising for your Google account at myadcenter.google.com, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. What Google collects through its own tag and cookies is held by Google under its privacy policy, not ours.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We are paid for building work, not for data.

We share it only with companies that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work: our website host and form provider, our email provider, and Google, for the advertising measurement described above. Where a project requires it, we share project details with the licensed architect and the engineers on your project, with suppliers, and with permitting offices. We also disclose information if the law requires it.

The click identifier and campaign details travel with your inquiry to our host and our email provider, because they are part of the submission. We do not authorize any of these companies to use your information for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to answer them and for our business records. Records tied to contracted work are kept as long as Florida law and our insurance require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

Write to info@jimenez-builders.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. Ask us by email to stop contacting you and we will.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions reach us through our host's secure systems. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as financial account details through the website form.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging construction work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
