What we build

  • A run of white gloss base and wall cabinets along one wall of a kitchen, with a range and a microwave, and an island opposite.

    Wall and base cabinets

Cabinet runs sized to your walls, your ceiling height and the appliances you choose.

  • A white gloss kitchen with a quartz island, black pendants and a window onto the garden.

    Islands and peninsulas

Seating, sink and storage worked out on the drawing before anything is cut.

  • Shop drawing: the elevation of a full-height bank of kitchen cabinets, with tall doors, an open niche with shelves, a tower for two built-in appliances and a bank of drawers.

    Full-height cabinetry

    Pantry walls and tall cabinets.

  • A sink and dishwasher set into white flat-front base cabinets with black pulls, under a quartz top.

    Fronts, panels and hardware

Gloss or wood fronts, matching end panels and hardware.

  • Licensed for the whole job

Certified general contractor: the work around the cabinets and its permit stay under our contract.

    More detail

Replacing cabinets in the same layout often needs no permit. Moving the sink, an outlet or the hood duct does. As a certified general contractor, CGC1536477, we keep that work and its permit under our contract, so the job does not stop halfway.

Our licenses are public record. Search CGC1536477, CCC1336972 or CAC1824160 at myfloridalicense.com.

Questions

  • Do you install the kitchen cabinets you build?

Yes. Your cabinets are made in our Homestead shop and installed under our contract and supervision.

  • Can you do the rest of the kitchen remodel, not just the cabinets?

Yes. We are a state-certified general contractor and also hold roofing and air conditioning licenses. The work around the cabinetry can go under one contract with us, with the plumbing and electrical done by licensed plumbers and electricians. If you only need cabinetry, that is all we quote.

  • Do I need a permit to replace kitchen cabinets?

Often not, if the new cabinets go in the same layout. If the sink, an outlet or the hood duct moves, a permit is needed. That work and its permit stay under our contract.

  • What do custom kitchen cabinets cost?

It depends on size, materials and finish. After the site visit you receive a written price before anything is built.

  • How long does it take?

It depends on the scope and the current shop schedule. You get a date in writing with the quote, and we tell you early if anything changes.

  • Which areas do you serve?

Our shop is in Homestead. We work across Miami-Dade, including Kendall, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. Tell us where the property is and we will confirm.
